Our team is organized in three departments: Tax, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Audit and Consulting.

Management of BPC Partners:
Born in 1970, A. Bleuez studied accounting, taxes, finance and economics in France (Edhec/Espeme), England (Acca) and in the USA (Hartford, Connecticut). Chartered Accountant in Brazil and in the UK, he has worked for PWC in London for five years. Later, he joined a large European company and took on the responsibilities of CFO of their Brazilian subsidiary in 2004.
A. BLEUEZ is also the author of « Brazilian Taxes: What you need to know », a reference book on practical application of Brazilian taxes.
Anthony Chevrier was born in 1978. He lived in France and Ireland and has worked within the Accounting department of a very large European Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Brazil, can speak English, Portuguese and French and is a permanent resident in Brazil.
A graduate of São Luis University (São Paulo), Fernando has a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He also holds a graduation in International business Administration by University of California (Los Angeles). Fernando has a professional background in business, namely in the accounting and outsourcing services.
Prior to joining BPC Partners Brazil, he worked in two other large Audit & Outsourcing firms for 12 years. Fernando´s professional history also includes his work in a North American multinational company on the entertainment segment, where he worked for 12 years as Operation and Finance Director.
Marc de Premare was born in 1970 and has spent 5 years in Brazil offering audit, transactions services and accounting services to European companies doing business in Brazil. He is a French qualified chartered accountant with deep knowledge of IFRS standards, and speaks fluently English, Portuguese and French.
Marc de Premare is our correspondent in Paris, France and frequently travels to North and South America.
Michael Hainsworth, born in 1951, English, permanent resident in Brazil has spent over 25 years working with accounting, taxes and payroll. He is now based in Rio de Janeiro and can speak perfect Portuguese and French.
Sebastian Jan Kaldenberg, born in 1960, Dutch, permanent resident in Brazil, has spent over 25 years working with Finance and was CFO of a large retail company in Brazil. He is now specialized in Financial Consulting.
Sylvain Grosset, born in 1972, French, permanent resident in Brazil, has spent nearly 20 years working with sales in services sectors like Trade Finance in Bank and International Development in Consulting offices in South Africa, France and Brazil. He has also participated to the creation of an industrial JV and a technology transfer in Brazil being the CEO of the created company for 2 years. Graduated in Engineering and in Finance, fluent in English, Portuguese and French, he is our Sales and Marketing Director.

The original Code was updated in 2016 to reflect developments in law, regulations and professional ethics. Organization, planning, control and information are the keywords in our Code of Conduct; they enable us to deliver quality within the deadlines.
